Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to support original art. I want your experience with my work to be as seamless as the creations themselves. Please read our policies below regarding how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All original artworks and "Embroidered Paintings" are handled with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped from the studio within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We use tracked shipping services to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Packaging: * Small to medium drawings and embroideries are shipped in rigid, protective packaging to prevent bending.

    • Larger textile works or canvases may be shipped rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes or in custom boxes, depending on the piece's structural requirements.

  • International Orders: For international shipping, please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, pristine condition and in its original packaging. Any sign of wear or damage to the piece will void the return eligibility.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made commissions and items purchased during a sale or special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Damages during Transit

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.

  • Contact us at [הכנס כאן את המייל שלך] within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund if the returned artwork is lost or damaged during its journey back to the studio.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. A Note on Handcrafted Art

Please note that "Embroidered Paintings" are tactile, handmade objects. Minor variations in thread tension, texture, and raw edges are inherent characteristics of the medium and the artist's technique, and are not considered defects.
