A direct translation of physical gesture into material form. "Trace of Motion" consists of free-hand embroidery on a textile substrate, where the needle functions as a marking tool.
The composition is defined by the accumulation of dark fiber clusters that create a central structural density, dissipating into individual threads toward the edges. The work captures the residual tension of a movement, utilizing the monochromatic contrast of the thread to emphasize the tactile depth and the rhythm of the stitch.
