Sculpted Leap (Original)
Description: An elegant exercise in structural abstraction. "Sculpted Leap" reimagines the grace of a gazelle through broad, confident planes of thread.
In this piece, the artist departs from traditional outlines, using a warm ochre thread to "carve" the muscular tension of the leap directly onto the raw white fabric. The head and horns, rendered in bold black, provide a graphic anchor that gives the animal its direction and spirit. By intentionally leaving the form "unfinished," the artist invites the viewer's eye to complete the motion, making the white space of the linen an active participant in the gazelle’s mid-air flight.
